This service will be used for all orders under £20.00.
Orders will normally be delivered in 3-5 working days.

Royal Mail Recorded Post (First Class)
This service will be used for all orders from £20.01-£50.00.
Orders are guaranteed to be delivered the next working day.
The cost of delivery is £5.00
Specialist Carrier Service (24-48 hrs)
This service will be used for all orders above £50.00.
Orders will be delivered in 1-2 working days.

Upon receipt of the goods, any damages or shortfall noticed must be reported immediately by telephone 01902 755245 or Fax 01902 754000. Claims must be made within three working days of receiving the goods.
Damaged Goods & Shortfalls
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must note this on the carrier's delivery schedule. It is your responsibility to inform us within 3 days of delivery of any damages or shortages.
We will process damged goods claims within 5 working days of notification, as will shortfalls in the order.
A Returns Authorisation Form will be sent via e-mail with a Returns Authorisation Number, this will allow you to return the goods.
This form must be completed and returned with the items.
NO goods will be accepted at our warehouse without a Returns Authorisation Form and Authorisation Number.
A Returns Authorisation Form must accompany all returns. Please ensure that ALL sections are completed: including full name, address and a daytime telephone number, also the Invoice Number, and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved.
All returns must be sent back to us by registered post or by other means that require a signature of receipt from us.
If you mistakenly order the wrong product, we will refund the cost of the goods (less any initial delivery charge) when we receive them back in a re-saleable condition.
Unfortunately we can not refund any postage you pay to return the products to us on mistaken orders.
Buy-lightbulbs.com is unable to refund for goods that have been removed from their original packaging or any item that is not in its original condition (is damaged or used). It is the customer's responsibility to check that the correct goods have been received before unwrapping goods supplied by buy-lightbulbs.com.
All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard as when you received them, and must be returned within 14 days. Returned goods received after 14 days or that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging won/t be refunded.
This does not affect the Buyers statutory rights.
As we do not guarantee delivery for any specific time or date, we cannot be liable for any loss or inconvenience experienced as a result of delayed delivery or non-delivery.
