The size refers to the DIAMETER of the lamp (e.g. 35mm/45mm)

The number description of Spot Reflectors refers to the diameter of the front (e.g. R80 = 80mm front/R50 = 50mm front)

Finish:

Opal finish is a glossy white finish
Frosted finish is an acid opaque finish
Pearl finish is a milky/grey finish
